First up, the first publicity still of Angelina Jolie in full costume as Maleficent in Disney's upcoming remake of Sleeping Beauty has landed online. Jolie absolutely looks the part with her vampire red lips, devious glowing eyes, cheekbone prosthetics and, of course - those creepy leather horns. The re-imagining of this fairy tale of womanly scorn is set to take a deeper look at the classic villainess. Evil's never looked so sexy - I can tell you that much! Sleeping Beauty is set for a 2014 release and will co-star Elle Fanning as Aurora, Miranda Richardson, Juno Temple, and Control star Sam Riley. Shooting is currently taking place in the UK and based off this first still, I have to say I'm pretty interested to see Jolie's take on the role.
