Toni became a superstar at home and abroad with her portrayal as Muriel Heslop in 1994s 'Muriels Wedding', proving her ability to transform into the characters she plays and going on to star in a variety of intriguingly diverse roles. Most recently, she has featured in 'The Black Balloon', the animated film 'Mary and Max' and the ensemble 'Towelhead'. In 2007, she starred in the Hollywood flick 'Evening', co-starring Vanessa Redgrave. The same year she starred in the Australian childrens film 'Hey Hey Its Esther Blueburger'.
