Set in the sexy and affluent city of Beverly Hills, Karma's roommate ends up brutally murdered. Having to deal with the horrible murder of her roommate and the very high mortgage payments on her slick mansion, Karma knows she has to find a new roommate quickly. After a bunch of odd and nutty people respond to Karma's roommate wanted ads, she finally agrees that the beautiful and very sexy girl Sky is the chosen one.
