On Tuesday, August 30, 2011, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, Ed O'Neill, finally received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce awarded O'Neill the star honoring his career spanning more than 40 years. In addition to his role on Modern Family and 11 seasons on Married... with Children, the Ohio native's credits include the 2007 HBO series, John from Cincinnati, and a recurring role on NBC's The West Wing. O'Neill is nominated for an Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series Emmy this year. ABC's Modern Family returns for Season 3 on Sept. 21.
