The Nutcracker in 3D is the latest adaptation of the famous ballet for the silver screen. Although it is a Russian production, it was filmed in English and most of the stars are from Hollywood rather than Moscow. The director, Andrei Konchalovsky, said: "I would like grown-ups to watch this movie and be spell-bound too, for them to become children again for a moment."
