Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian joined forces with Demi Lovato and the Walker family to stage an anti-bullying rally at El Capitan Theater in Hollywood as part of US series Extreme Makeover: Home Edition's special show. Lovato gave a moving performance of her song "Skyscraper".
